Banana Republic Banana Republic Banana Republic fragrances and colognes is an American clothing store and part of the Republic Corporation. Banana Republic is just one of the company's trademarks. The original Banana Republic was founded by Mill & Patricia Ziegler in 1978. The first edition was launched in 1995 and the modern edition is from 2014. Banana Republic fragrances were released in collaboration with perfumers Honorine Blanc, Jean-Claude Deville, Harry Fremont, Jean-Claude Deville, Laurent Lou Guernick, Beatrice Pique, Irina Burlakova, Vincent Kozenki, Jerome Epentine, Pascal Guerin, Marc Chalabin and Elias Armandis.
