Armand Basi Armand Basi fragrances and colognes is a Spanish fashion house, founded by Mercedes Basi who opened his first store in Barcelona, Spain. Designer Armand Basi launched his first edition in 1999 and his modern edition from 2013. The fragrances were released in collaboration with perfumers Olivier Cresp, Jean-Pierre Bethwart, Fabrice Pellegrin, Sylvie Fischer, Alberto Morillas, Francis Cordjian, Françoise Caron, Eleanor Massent and Nathalie Lorson.
